Update card software – all cars – 2019

Hi, when I try to update the map software to V13, the system reboots and the update doesn’t happen.This is what I do.

1. Start the RNS 510 and insert SDcard with maps

2. Push EJECT & MIC & SETUP

3. Insert DVD+R with maps copy software

4. Screen with “MAPS TOOL SD TO HDD COPY”

5. Screen with “swl initialisation in progress… please wait” shows up for a second, and after that the system restart in normal mode.

Any idea?
